A memorable entropy generator for creating XKCD-936-compliant passwords in the browser

Why?

Because if you need a memorable password that's hard to crack, a series of 4 dictionary words is really good entropy. (If, on the other hand, you are just going to save it to a password manager and don't intend to remember it, standard password generators will get you a) more entropy per character and b) be more likely to pass through the "bad password" filter of sites with stupid requirements.)
